Boundless Construction, LLC

Welcome to Boundless Construction, your premier partner in total home renovations, small-scale transformations, and new construction projects in the heart of Western North Carolina. Located in beautiful Asheville, NC, we are committed to revitalizing homes and enhancing communities across the region. Founded in 2020 by Asheville natives Billy Adams and Edward Pritchett, Boundless Construction was born from a passion for quality craftsmanship and community development. We specialize in transforming houses that need a little TLC into stunning, move-in-ready homes. Our goal is to breathe new life into properties, contributing to the ongoing renaissance of Western North Carolina and supporting its vibrant neighborhoods.

Billy Adams

GENERAL CONTRACTOR

Billy Adams, a proud Asheville native, has always possessed a natural talent for carpentry and woodworking, which led him to AB Technical College, where he honed his skills and deepened his love for building. Recognized for his exceptional talent, Billy was offered a construction job by one of his professors upon graduation, sparking a lifelong dedication to the industry.



Billy’s journey into house flipping began as a heartfelt project to restore an inherited family home in 2020. Together with his business partner, Edward Pritchett, Billy turned his passion into a thriving business. In 2022, Billy earned his General Contractor License, solidifying his expertise and commitment to excellence in every project. With over 25 years of experience, and now partnered with his wife, Christi, Billy continues to refine his skills, breathing new life into homes and creating beautiful, lasting transformations.

MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Edward Pritchett

Edward Pritchett is a founding member of Boundless Properties and Boundless Construction, having helped establish the companies in 2020 following a successful home rehabilitation project in West Asheville. As of 2025, Edward is no longer involved in the organizations; he transitioned his managing interest in Boundless Construction to Christi Adams to focus fully on his career in insurance and finance.

As the COO, Christi ensures smooth operations while Billy, one of founders and a skilled contractor, executes the plans with precision. Their partnership, built on over 20 years of relationship, allows them to seamlessly together, continue the vision Billy established over five years ago.
